Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

  • Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
  • Take some time to relax and recover from your journey.
  • Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02 : Explore Delhi

Start your exploration of the capital city with a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi.

  • Raj Ghat: Pay homage at the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, marking the site of his cremation. Red Fort: Explore the magnificent 17th-century fort, a symbol of Mughal grandeur built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
  • Jama Masjid: Visit India's largest mosque, built by Shah Jahan, and marvel at its architectural splendor.
  • Chandni Chowk:Take a cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling alleys of this famous market and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere.
  • Humayun’s Tomb: Admire this UNESCO World Heritage site, an architectural precursor to the Taj Mahal.
  • Qutub Minar: Visit this soaring 234-foot tower, a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture.
  • Lotus Temple: Experience the peaceful ambiance of this iconic Bahai House of Worship, designed in the shape of a lotus.
  • India Gate & President’s House: Stroll around India Gate, a war memorial, and view the grandiose Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03 : Delhi – Leh (By Flight )

  • Breakfast at hotel. Further drop you at New Delhi airport, board on flight to Leh, a town nestled in the Himalayas.
  • Upon arrival at Leh airport, you will be greeted by our driver who will transfer you to your hotel.
  • Spend the rest of the day acclimatizing to the high altitude, relaxing at your hotel.
  • Overnight stay: Leh.

Day 04 : Leh

  • After breakfast, begin your exploration of Leh. Your first stop is Leh Palace, a 17th-century former royal palace that offers stunning panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains.
  • Continue to Tsemo Castle, perched high on a hilltop, offering another great vantage point over the city.
  • Visit the serene Shanti Stupa, built by Japanese Buddhists and offering magnificent views of Leh.
  • Next, visit the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to Indian soldiers, followed by a trip to Leh Main Bazaar, a great spot to pick up souvenirs.
  • Conclude the day with visits to Sankar Gompa and Spituk Monastery, both known for their spiritual significance and beautiful architecture.
  • Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5: Overnight stay in Leh.

  • Enjoy breakfast before embarking on an adventurous drive to Nubra Valley, traveling through the Khardungla Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft.
  • The pass offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and vast landscapes.
  • Take breaks along the way at scenic viewpoints for photography.
  • Upon reaching Nubra Valley, check in to your hotel/camp.
  • Later, enjoy a camel safari on the double-humped Bactrian camels, unique to this region, at the Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hundur villages.

Day 06 : Nubra Valley – Turtuk – Thang – Hunder

  • After breakfast, drive to Thang, the northernmost village of India on the India-Pakistan border, captured by India during the 1971 war.
  • En route, visit Turtuk, a picturesque village located near the Line of Control, offering unique Balti culture. Explore Tyakshi, another scenic village along the way.
  • Return to Hunder in the evening.
  • Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 07 : Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150kms /6-7 hrs)

  • After an early breakfast, depart for the world-renowned Pangong Lake, situated at 14,500 ft, via the Shyok River road.
  • The drive takes about 6-7 hours, but the mesmerizing landscapes will make the journey worthwhile. Upon arrival at Pangong, check in to your camp.
  • Enjoy your leisure time by the lake, witnessing its incredible color-changing hues, as the sun sets over the tranquil waters.
  • Overnight stay in Pangong Lake.

Day 08 : Pangong Lake – Leh via Thiksey & Shey (140kms /4-5 hrs)

  • Wake up early to witness the sunrise over Pangong Lake, a truly magical experience as the colors of the lake shift with the rising sun.
  • After breakfast, drive back to Leh, stopping at Thiksey Monastery, known for its stunning architecture and 49-foot statue of Maitreya Buddha, and Shey Palace, the former royal residence of Ladakh’s kings.
  • Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 09 : Leh – Lamayuru – Sham Valley (130kms /4-5 hrs)

  • After breakfast, embark on a drive to the Sham Valley, stopping first at the mysterious Magnetic Hill, where vehicles seemingly defy gravity.
  • Continue your journey to the ancient Alchi Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh, and the stunning Lamayuru Monastery, which is dramatically perched on a cliff.
  • Overnight stay in Lamayuru.

Day 10 : Sham Valley – Kargil (170kms /5 hrs)

  • Today, drive from Sham Valley to Kargil, a key town on the Leh-Srinagar highway.
  • En route, visit the Giant Maitreya Buddha statue at Mulbekh, carved into a rock face and standing over 9 meters tall.
  • Arrive in Kargil by evening.
  • Overnight stay: Kargil.

Day 11 : Kargil – Hundarman Village

  • After breakfast, head to Hundarman, a small village located in a rugged valley near the Line of Control (LoC).
  • Explore this historic village, which is known for its ancient structures and proximity to Pakistan.
  • Return to Kargil for an overnight stay.
  • Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 12 : Kargil – Sonamarg – Srinagar (200kms / 5-6 hrs)

  • After breakfast, depart for Srinagar, passing through Sonamarg, also known as the ‘Meadow of Gold,’ a beautiful alpine valley known for its scenic beauty.
  • En route, drive through the Zojila Pass (11,575 ft), visit Drass Village, the second coldest inhabited place in the world, and pay tribute at the Drass War Memorial.
  • Arrive in Srinagar by evening.
  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 13 : Srinagar – Mughal Gardens

  • After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Srinagar, famously known as 'Paradise on Earth.'
  • Visit the charming Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi, which are beautifully landscaped with cascading fountains and terraced lawns.
  • Take in the serene beauty of Dal Lake and its surrounding houseboats.
  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 14 : Srinagar - Excursion to Gulmarg

  • After breakfast, take a day trip to Gulmarg, the "Meadow of Flowers."
  • This hill station is renowned for its verdant landscapes, snow-capped peaks, and one of the highest gondola cable car rides in the world.
  • You can opt for a pony ride or trek up to Khilanmarg for a spectacular view.
  • Return to Srinagar in the evening.
  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 15 : Srinagar – Pahalgam (90kms / 2-3 hrs)

  • Today, drive to Pahalgam, located in the picturesque Liddar Valley.Known as the "Valley of Shepherds," Pahalgam is famous for its lush meadows and scenic beauty.
  • Spend your day exploring this charming town, or enjoy a walk along the banks of the Liddar River.
  • Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 16 : Pahalgam – Srinagar (90kms / 2-3 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar and check in to a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake.
  • Enjoy the tranquil experience of staying on a houseboat and relax for the remainder of the day.
  • Overnight stay in Houseboat, Srinagar.
