Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

  • Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative.
  • You will be assisted through the transfer to your hotel, where you will receive all essential travel documents including your detailed tour itinerary and flight tickets.
  • The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi

After breakfast, begin your day with a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi.

  • Raj Ghat: Pay respects at the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi.
  • Red Fort (outside view): Admire the grand Red Fort, built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
  • India Gate: A war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War I.
  • Jama Masjid: Visit India’s largest mosque, built by Shah Jahan, and experience the bustling Chandni Chowk market. Optionally, take a cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes.
  • Qutub Minar: See the towering 12th-century minaret, one of the tallest brick minarets in the world.
  • President’s House (outside view): Marvel at the official residence of the President of India.
  • Lotus Temple: Visit the Baháʼí House of Worship, a stunning architectural marvel resembling a lotus flower (Closed on Mondays).

Day 03 : Delhi to Jaipur (265 km / 5-6 hours)

After breakfast, depart for Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan known for its pink-hued buildings. On arrival, check-in at your hotel.

  • Evening: You are free to explore Jaipur’s local markets. Optional excursion to Chokhi Dhani, a cultural village resort where you can enjoy traditional Rajasthani food, rides, and live cultural performances.
  • Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 04 : Jaipur

After breakfast, begin a full day of sightseeing in Jaipur.

  • Amber Fort: Visit the majestic Amber Fort and enjoy an optional elephant ride up to its entrance.
  • City Palace: Explore the residence of Jaipur’s royal family, featuring courtyards, gardens, and museums.
  • Jantar Mantar: Discover the astronomical instruments at this UNESCO World Heritage site.
  • Hawa Mahal: Marvel at the intricate facade of the Palace of Winds, designed for royal women to observe street festivals.
  • Jal Mahal: Enjoy views of this beautiful palace situated in the middle of Mansarovar Lake.

The evening is free for leisure or shopping in Jaipur’s bazaars. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (235 km / 5-6 hours)

After breakfast, depart for Agra.

  • En route, visit the Chand Baori stepwell in Abhaneri, a marvel of ancient Indian architecture, and Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted city built by Emperor Akbar.
  • Explore the Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, and Salim Chisti’s Dargah before continuing to Agra.
  • Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 06 : Agra

After breakfast, begin a tour of Agra.

  • Taj Mahal: Visit the iconic monument of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal (Closed on Fridays).
  • Agra Fort: Explore this massive 16th-century fortress built by Akbar, showcasing Mughal architecture.
  • Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj): Admire this intricate marble tomb, often seen as a precursor to the Taj Mahal.

Day 08 : Ayodhya

After breakfast, visit the spiritual sites of Ayodhya.

  • Hanuman Garhi: Visit this ancient temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.

Day 09 : Ayodhya to Varanasi (215 km / 4-5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Varanasi, one of the holiest cities in India.

  • Check-in at your hotel. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti Ceremony at the banks of the sacred River Ganges.
  • Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 10 : Varanasi

Start your day with a boat ride on the Ganges River, witnessing the morning rituals and the cremation ghats.

  • Manikarnika Ghat: Explore this significant cremation site.
  • Banaras Hindu University: Visit the largest residential university in Asia.
  • Sarnath: Take an afternoon excursion to the site where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon.

Day 12 : Amritsar Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, visit the Golden Temple, the holiest site of Sikhism, followed by a visit to the historic Jallianwala Bagh.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the Wagah Border to witness the patriotic border-closing ceremony between India and Pakistan.

Day 14 : Mumbai

After breakfast, explore the highlights of Mumbai.

  • Gateway of India: Visit this historic monument commemorating the visit of King George V.
  • Prince of Wales Museum: Discover ancient artifacts at one of India’s most prestigious museums (Closed on Mondays).
  • Mani Bhavan: Explore the residence of Mahatma Gandhi, now a museum.
