If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Holy India Travels Private Limited relationship with you in relation to this website. The term Holy India Travels Private Limited or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is LGF 21 A Kumar Excellency plaza, PLOT No -8, Sector 11, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad 201012 Uttar Pradesh, India.
Our company registration number is U63090UP2011PTC048147. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

2.Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITION :
For the services contracted, advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis .We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services . We need 40% advance payment of total tour cost and rest of amount pay before arrival or on arrival.
MODE OF PAYMENT :
Overseas advance payment can be made through wire transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization through Master/Visa credit card or thru western union money transfer. Upon arrival in India, the payment can be made through currency notes or travelers cheque or through Master/Visa credit card. In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges-as applicable-would be levied over and above the total amount.
You can make payment either by bank transfer (wire transfer) or by card for which the payment link will be provided you separately through e-mail. You can send us payment by card with 3% transaction charges of total paid amount.
PAYMENT :
1. All payments should be made in Foreign Exchange.
2. For the services contracted, advance payment should be made to process / hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
3.We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
4.Balance amount will be paid upon arrival place in India or other neighbor country but definitely before the commencement of the services.
5.Apart from the above in some cases like special Luxury train / train journeys, hotel / resort bookings during the peak season (20 December – 10 January / X-Mas & New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance.
6.Quoted tour prices is only tour cost. No transaction fees included in above cost. Therefore we need total payment as mentioned in mail / Invoice in our bank account. Transaction fees of bank/ credit card or transfer charges will be bear by services taker.
CANCELLATION :
Holy India Travels Private limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing well in advance. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and would be as follows : -
45 days prior to arrival - 50% retention of the advance deposited will be charged
Between 45 to 30 days prior to arrival - 40% retention of the total tour cost will be charged
Between 30 to 10 days prior to arrival - 60 % retention of the total tour cost will be charged
Between 10 to 02 days prior to arrival - 75 % retention of the total tour cost will be charged
Reservation cancelled within 2 days of prior to arrival - 100 % retention of the total tour cost will be charged In case of special train journey, special airfare journey and peak season (21 December -10 January) hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable which would be advised as and when required.
In case of 'No Show'- No Refund process and during "Peak-Season," which is defined by the density of tourist inflow in each region, and may vary from place to place and hotel to hotel, any particular hotel may implement a different cancellation policy. The Holy India Travels Pvt Ltd is bound to follow the hotel specific cancellation policy, and in case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the client and not by the Holy India Travels Pvt Ltd. Modifications/Cancellations sent directly to the hotel will not be honored.
REFUND :
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person/ company who has made the payment to us. Any refund against a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit card only.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount that would depend on the amount which we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, transportation and missed meals etc. we will not bear any responsibility to refund. Refund process may take 4 - 10 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made through Bank transfer or other mode, the bank charges / outward remittance charges would be deducted from the refund amount. We prefer to refund money in same account or credit card from where we receive it after deducting money transfer charges.
No deductions will be made for the refunds (except the transaction charges), which are made due to unavailability of services. If the services requested are unavailable during the requested period, we will offer similar alternatives well before the commencement of the services and if the client does not find the alternatives acceptable, the advance will be refunded. However, once the alternative service is accepted by the client, cancellation of the same will be subject to the above stated cancellation policy.
Customer are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong Information provided (even if by mistake) and if there aries any issue / dispute due to the same, Holy India Travels Pvt Ltd. will not entertain those.
LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS :
Holy India Travels Private limited act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entry fees of monuments /places, taxes, fuel cost, guide fees, air, train, cruise fare by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
In general Hotel Check in and check out time is 1200hrs. For early check and late check out we can request to the hotel to provide the same but its always subject to availability of room in that requested hotel.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage's & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
We have taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in our Web Sites. However, Holy India Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier of which we have not been informed.
Holy India Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any lapse in services provided by third party vendors like hotels or airlines or transporters. We take reasonable care while patronizing a vendor, however, may not under any circumstances guarantee the standard of services provide by the same. Modification of These Terms and Conditions Holy India Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend/modify the terms, conditions, and notices as suitable in the interest of the clients and the company, and to comply with the legal requirements governing the industry.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
LEGAL
JURISDICTION :
For any dispute, the Civil Court of Ghaziabad, UP, India is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority. All rights reserved with Holy India Travels Private limited
